One other big consideration: Delaware's court system has specialized judges and courts just for corporate law. Not to be insidious but just as a matter of quantity and expertise. If you have to litigate, you want to litigate in DE bc they know what they're doing, for better or worse.

I don't think this is all ICE. This looks like underground civilian mercenaries. The kind black ops hires. Well trained. Dark uniforms but somewhat similar. Not polished or restrained enough to be real federal officers. They operate outside federal ethics, no sworn federal Oath, etc.

Yup. I've been scratching my head wondering why these Venez drug missions aren't being carried out by Coast Guard + CBP + DEA, as per usual practice and jurisdiction. Maybe it's not about drugs after all?? Madura?? Oil??

So, SC cannot just eliminate a const clause without 3/4 states affirming. BUT... their job *is* to "interpret" the Const. I could see where they try to shave off some Trump exceptions like anchor babies. He hates those and wants those gone. However,that wld open Pandora's Box of valid whataboutisms.

That would be correct. It started to get edgy after 2010 so I left while I still had 18 months on my max clock. I started to see a more emboldened "hardness" in the character of some of the men... the beginnings of MAGA ...

My question exactly! Why didn't they fire a warning shot, seek surrender, board their vessel(s), then capture/detain/arrest them for questioning under custody of the US?

If not in Sit Room, where was his aide to go running out to get him? 4) Did Admiral imply the order was OK bc WH did not belay it? 5) SecDef is lying. Military ethos? His whole explanation is bs. He didn't have to "see" survivors on a raft. In addition to watching it, they are on an open mike in the Sit Room listening in real time to all the transmissions, sit reps, etc. Hegseth could've stopped anything in a nanosecond that he thought was out of order.
