I'm the smallest little guy and I love to
dance!
To many people, the worst thing that could happen to them on any given day is sitting through an extra meeting. I understand meetings can be annoying...

A perspectiveless mannequin, jawing and twitching. Clearly a part of the world we live in waiting for his time to return. I hope his own family pushes into a well and whatever TV he's still allowed to grace be so irrelevant as to leave him completely without warmth

Bush was a worse president than Trump. Donald has some runway to start a pointless conflict that costs millions of people's lives, but I don't think he will.

Bush was the worst President of my lifetime and that will be hard to beat, as crazy as right now is

I manage a library.

I use my phone with a 2 tb micro sd card. Only Sony is in the expandable storage game right now but luckily their phones are good. Gonna check out fair phone at some point

Tim Kane was also one of the senators that sold us out during the shutdown

I tried Librefox instead but found it too annoying which is probably more a reflection of me than it.

Some people just have an image burning a hole in their phone and will say whatever to make it work in a post

They say this and I think it's true that they believe it: AI will solve the climate crisis. In a way, they're right. It will accelerate the crisis to the point that we're all dead. Crisis solved.

Your secret is safe with me, bud

Have you tried the vantum? Also, Embody or the refreshed Aeon, if you had to choose one.

I notice this article seems vaguely pessimistic on the potential of solar energy. Is it that we're too far gone for solar to matter or is it that solar itself is counter productive or a dead end?

This is loser shit. You're writing loser shit.

I did! They seem really interesting and like most Apple wearables, highly accurate. I'm outside of the Apple ecosystem and the idea of wearing earbuds while doing cardio especially, is unappealing. I recently bought some speakers for my workout space because even over ears were bothering me.

Err... 97% accurate
September 25, 2025 at 7:42 AM
Take this with a grain of salt but Quantified Scientist, a fitness wearable reviewer/data scientist, puts the Amazfit Helio, when worn on the bicep, near the top of his list on accuracy. He thinks it's around 99% accurate
September 25, 2025 at 7:40 AM
I think Polar is the only large wearable company that keeps your information mostly local on the device you use it? Otherwise you'll have to do some calculus on what nefarious organization might have access to your average heart rate
September 25, 2025 at 2:14 AM
I've got an Amazfit fitness tracker, which means that the CCP could likely have access to my data. However, I could have an Oura ring, which would mean that Palantir would definitely have access to my data. Or a Google watch, which would mean the world's largest information broker would have my data

The fabled third City Slickers.

I go back and forth. The invasion of Iraq really has no modern parallel.
September 15, 2025 at 6:39 PM
Have you looked at the Woop or various subscription-less Woop-like armband devices? I wear an Amazfit Helio and as a non-watch wearer it is both less noticeable and more accurate than HR on the wrist.

Did he do something annoying again recently? Why is he coming up?
September 5, 2025 at 4:39 AM
At a certain point we should all have to turn in our online presence. An act of love, to preserve our legacy.
September 3, 2025 at 11:53 PM
Yeah, he struck me as kind of a strange guy. Nice though, at least at the time.
