I enjoy both types of recommendations if only to save time. If I hear a bunch of people saying they do not like a book, then there's a good chance that I will not get it out of the library. However, If people are praising a book then I will definitely look into it. Same goes for movies/tv shows.

My family has decided to have a giant Yankee Swap for everyone over 18. With my large family it was getting out of hand and super expensive. We are focusing instead on spending quality time on Christmas; eating, drinking, laughing, playing games etc. Like we used to do as kids.

Technically, wouldn't it be 'work product' and not privileged? That's what I always argued when an issue arose. - Asking as a former County prosecutor who didn't really have 'clients' (and hence no AC privilege)
