Oh man, for a minute there I thought you had a horrible packing foam accident. I immediately clutched my cat who, in such a situation, would absolutely somehow manage to either eat or get every single piece of styrofoam fused to her coat. Hail sounds more fun and less of a PITA to clean up!

When I began having heart troubles I bought one of these and it really helped. If I started feeling weird I could immediately test. It soothed the anxiety and, a few times, let me know I genuinely had a real problem and with a more exact start window. They make a credit card sized one too!
