That’s… offensively low. In the states we’re stupid short on nurses but we generally get paid fairly well, you’re right there.
Just.. probably not on NYC; but elsewhere? I’d say $20/hr is bare minimum for a fresh grad LPN to expect in a non-metropolitan area.
