On my way back to Dublin from Brussels. But it's delayed an hour so just sitting here with my feet up. I don't think my feet have ever hurt so much, lol.

Brussels is so pretty.
Actually , Belgium as a whole had been marvelous. It's definitely underrated as a place to visit. And the beer is top notch, lol

I feel much better. I put on different shoes last night. Went to a grungy beer bar (Belgium is known for their beer) then went back to the hotel bar and had a nightcap. Slept deep for at least 8 hours, had a delish breakfast of waffles (they are known for that too) & now on my way to Brussels

So far today ...In Bruges...
Did a canal tour, the architecture is amazing, lunch of mussels & fries & creme brulè for lunch. Spent way too much money buying Belgian chocolate, then a nap. Tonight may be more xmas markets, depending on the rain.

Last night in Strasbourg. Just beautiful. Ignore my picture. I was running on 21 hours of no sleep and a long travel day.
The food was spaetzle with a creamy chicken/mushroom sauce & vin chaud (hot mulled wine). Every hour the tree has a light show set to xmas music. Just magical!

At the airport, heading to Dublin. Then to Luxembourg. Strasbourg, France, Bruges and Brussels for the Christmas markets.. The drive to the airport was hellish. I'm not used to snow or sleet. Ex driving like an old grandma in the right lane. I deserve this beer, lol

They have them at Walmart. But honestly, for an extra 2 bucks, you get the whole pie. I usually cut them in pieces, wrap separately then take them out as needed.

GH has the Restoration Hardware one, but Wayfair has one that under 250. Not the same one, but similar. Mmm...i really like that one, especially since I world never pay 5k for the other one.

Went to the circus today. Was really good. Grandkids really enjoyed it, too. The Do Portugal Circus. If they ever come by your area. I highly recommend it.

Leaving early tomorrow morning to go home. I'm gonna miss everyone 😢 . Especially this cuddle bunny. She learned that Grandma is the weakest link. Guaranteed to get a tidbit from me everytime, lol , plus I made a nice bowl of chicken, greenbeans & rice to put over her kibble

At a local hockey game with my daughter and grandkids. My son used to play as a kid and in high school. I forgot how much I like hockey. Kids were going crazy over this guy (67). He got in a fight and was kicked out for the rest of the 1st period,lol.
