Working on a story that used to be a short film idea. Might make it a novel. Am I ready to make a novel? Probably not, but let’s try :)

Sometimes casting is just “I really want to work with this person”. We put a lot of weight on who deserves a part and who was better, etc. but yeah, sometimes a filmmaker (who are fans of actors too) just really want to do a project with someone.

Apparently we are jumping straight into working on a feature film. Learning curve is about to incline drastically!

Absolutely dig the Hitchcock zoom they use when switching from outie to innie on Severance.

It would appear all attempts to work on heartbreaking or horror leads to Comedy for me lately. How does that even make sense? Ah well. Lotta short film scripts coming this year.

I’m a bit torn at the moment. Heartbreaking drama or some unsettling horror? I have some ideas for both…
