For sure. I would agree that it still could be him except Raha is his default speaking voice. Maybe a tad more refined and the teeniest shift in pitch, but it’s not an accent or anything like that. It’s just how he normally speaks. I get voice resting too, but we’d still hear him even soft spoken.
