I love to draw my girlfriend and this is the best art I’ve made in MONTHS :) and I ragged on color pencils earlier this day and yet I made an amazing art with them. Never rag on an art supply, they’re all friends.

How fast did everyone else lose weight when they were diagnosed? This would be a more T2D question, but also a LADA one. I was 17 almost 18, in August 210lbs diagnosed as t2d(later LADA) and by April I was 165 and still losing. #diabetes

One of the best things of being a diabetic is that my girlfriend is a nurse. When it’s overwhelming and hard she makes me feel so much better. Even finds ways to make it all easier. Idk what I’d do without her.

My least favorite part of having diabetes is the needles. The irony everyone hears when I say I’m terrified of them. Unfortunately, fear did not negate the fact I was always going to be an insulin dependent diabetic.
