Taehyung and Namjoon on stage, faces close, Taehyung looking at Namjoon like he wants to eat him. Namjoon is holding a light blue/teal microphone to his lips, but you can't see most of his face. Taehyung and Jimin putting small colorful stickers on each other's faces for a photoshoot, very close and intimate. Jimin has his finger on Taehyung's chin. Taehyung may just devour Jimin, but the feeling appears to be mutual. Taehyung looking over at Jin like he wants to eat him, leaning an elbow on one of his broad shoulders. Today seems like a good time for this 2025 writing recap 🧵!

1. 'if you're ready' has by far the most lore/deleted scenes of this year. hard to choose just one, it changed a TON from its earliest form, but one cut thing I find amusing is that Yoongi's crush on Namjoon/Randa originally featured more!
"It's like that one song - I met the man of my dreams, and his beautiful husband.*" Yoongi huffs a self-deprecating laugh. "And *their* puppy-dam. Shit." "I get it," Jungkook says, patting his shoulder sympathetically. "I mean, just look at the guy." And Yoongi was looking. At his gorgeous profile as he turns to Taehyung and fusses over his belly, at the deep dimples in his smile. The thick, muscular thighs that his jeans seem to barely be able to contain. But ah well, Yoongi will get over it. He always does. (*Yes, this is an Alanis Morissette 'Ironic' reference. 🤣)

Keyland in Oakland was amazing! As I suspected, as soon as Gasoline started my spouse was like "omg, wait, I know this one!"

Key wasn't so convinced - he playfully clowned the audience for mumbling through it & then was like "oh, I'm not mocking you though! If I was mocking you, you'd know it 💅" 😅

Since Taehyung has been such a beautiful menace recently (but also, let's be real, always) for #wipwednesday I thought I'd share a thematically appropriate snippet from the next chapter of my vminjoon
"It's..." There's that hesitation again, a thoughtful clench to Namjoon's jaw. "It's not something that we do often. It has to be the right person, you know? Someone special." "Special," Taehyung echoes. "I see." As an experiment, he unfolds his arms, bracing them against the back of the pushed-in chair behind him in a way that he knows highlights the veins and flexed curves of muscle there. Shirtless as he is, it has the added benefit of also showing off his pecs. Namjoon tracks this movement, drinking it in with barely-disguised hunger, but doesn’t touch. Taehyung had known that he wouldn't, though. Not yet. Because they both know what the other is doing, but there are steps to this dance. Preludes and overtures. A curtsy, a bow, before they are spinning away. Taehyung pours himself a glass of water, and Namjoon's eyes never leave him for a moment.
