I think the seeds of this BS were planted in the Reagan administration. Granted, Reagan was downright competent compared to these clowns, given how low the bar has dropped; but the far-right started to rise under his watch. The response to AIDS in the 1980's makes that very clear.

That's crazy. People walking on the sidewalk aren't a threat. Secret Service agents are usually much lower key unless there's a threat.

ICE is doing this daily, against black and brown people. I've never seen things get this bad.
