If you truly were so unlucky to not get a queue pop for even half an hour, you may have tried to play at an extremely inconvenient time. But I can assure you, no dungeon just sees 0 play if it's a story dungeon.

The game will literally match you with players who are queuing for roulettes. You are not forced to doing it with NPCs. If you queue as a DPS class, it may take a few minutes longer than Healer or Tank, but you CAN do the thing.

This is why Duty Roulettes exist. Every single duty required for the story fills with players, including the lowest level ones.

Do you seriously think a game like FFXIV doesn't have a solution to the problem of people progressing past the level 15 dungeon?

People think that because they pay a sub and maybe need to keep that sub for their housing that they need to always get the maximum out of every single month of subscription they buy but... besties, the sub money isn't worth the burnout.

And, as a final option: Take a break.
If you have exhausted every option available to you to a point you are so burnt out you aren't enjoying the game anymore... don't play the game for a while?
