Some interesting points made by the SecDef. Any NATO forces deployed to Ukraine as 'peacekeepers' would not fall under Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty, given the limits of its territorial scope of application. However, unless a peacekeeping force made up by NATO MS is large and capable enough
