What have I done! LOL! The $POOBAH Crypto coin is live. Absurd. Satirical. Surprisingly real.

Want some? Swap ETH for 1M $POOBAH and I’ll give you 1M more—plus a sacred certificate. First 25 friends only. No hype, no nonsense. Except the nonsense.

Finally relaxed and in the zone, the penultimate evening is here in Goa and last day on the beach. It’s gone too quick. Until next year - my table is reserved!

One man down is now back in town after a severe case of Delly Belly over the past four days, where fasting and Azithromycin are your best friends. We’re back on the horse with a cheeky spicy Chilly 65, butter roti and that 180ml gin and tonic. And to top it all, it’s Sunday Karaoke Night!

Vindaloo part two. Pork Vindaloo has arrived. With Dum Aloo Kashmiri style & plain rice. Pork was a bit fatty, so maybe chicken would be better? The coconut vinegar twang is there. Meat eater or veggie, the Dum Aloo Kashmiri recipe. Creamy with yoghurt and sweet with dried fruit. Make it & try it.

To find out how many units you're drinking, take the quantity of liquid consumption and multiply by the ABV and then divide by 1,000. Example, a 440ml can of beer with an ABV 5% is 2.2 units.

The present UK alcohol guidelines state that men and women should not consume more than 14 units a week.

What does “Cognitive Dissonance” mean? When you rock up to the supermarket in your electric car to buy imported Atlantic scallops from Canada, Peruvian asparagus, Président French Butter and a Stellenbosch Pinotage for supper.

A pleasure to meet Mark yesterday, albeit virtual. He donated the cracking major raffle prize of a Darkstar dive charter for next year that I won at this weekend's Guz.Tech conference. Discussions are under way for two days of deeper technical diving for me and seven others. Invites sent! :-)

In other news, I’m safe. Not sure about the other two. Seems one youngster can’t drive as he still influenced by alcohol and the other is MIA. LOL! #ManDown

Guz.Tech was a blast. My head hurts this morning! Sixty years old and clubbing with the youngsters 'til 4.00am has it's toll! LOL!

The label on the box says don’t drink until the 21st. I’m thinking Moules Frites tomorrow and a selection of cheeses. #BeaujolaisNouveau2024

Fantastic news that EasyJet will be making direct flights to the island of Sal in Cape Verde from May via London Gatwick. This will have a significant positive impact & will benefit home owners like us and boutique hotels rather than the TUI 'all inclusive' monopoly. www.easyjet.com/en/cheap-fli...

A tourist attraction & the livelihood of fishermen, strong winds and high waves has severely damaged the pier at Santa Maria on the island of Sal in Cabo Verde. Such devastation has not been since Hurricane Fred ripped through the archipelago in 2015. Here' s the local news: https://bit.ly/4f4J31v

And he marched me up to the top of the hill, then he marched me down again! Photo from Pinnacle Hill - situated in the range of Malvern Hills in England, running about north-south along the Herefordshire and Worcestershire border.

A productive visit to Nammu-Tech yesterday. The handset issue is resolved with a simple replacement. The LED boards are temperamental. So time to get Debbie back in the water. Lots of talk of future support for the Redbare & what the future holds. I will upgrade the MAVs & DSVs.
