I lived in Maine when King won his first governor’s race, and I remember they had to shoehorn Susan Collins into the race because of some scandal with the previous Republican candidate; that’s how she ascended in the party even though she lost. Also my sister and I called him Genghis Khan.

well, when you're approaching 50, going back and doing something you spent time on in your 20s seems a bit antediluvian; at least that's what i feel.

I’ve heard a couple of good 2025 releases but most of my acquisitions has either been really, really old (Pink Lady LPs) or stuff I never had on physical media (“Ladoga” by Olhava, Bathory’s debut on vinyl). I hope I can spread my wings a bit next year, but we’ll see.
