9/19 & 9/26 - the great tempeh experiment. Last week plain and marinated in Korean BBQ with vegan blue cheese and sautéed shiitake mushrooms. This week with a chimichurri, plain, boiled in water, boiled in not beef broth, boiled in water and marinated in the BBQ, and one piece with some extra BBQ

9/25/25 - doing Hispanic Heritage lunches on Thursdays for class this was the 2nd to last one we're doing. Normally don't do spice, but this was also the most food I've eaten in one sitting in a long time. Guac me up fam, lol

Ope, been busy, got this week off, here's my breakfast and dinner on 8/13/25 - toasted bun plant based egg substitute (zero egg) seasoned with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and smoked paprika with the vialife smoked provolone cheese slightly charred.

3/5/25 - a perfect medium rare sirloin steak with sautéed mushrooms and hotel butter (unsalted butter with salt, white pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice blended together), a beef wellington and a tofu wellington (I used phyllo dough instead of traditional puff pastry)
