Yeah people seemed to love the stream so it will definitely be a recurring thing. I also now have an excuse to buy a stand mixer now which is nice (they are WAY to expensive for me to justify normally)
People also said they would like to see cooking as well as baking so gotta do that sometime too!

Yeah it’s a trick I learned from the “curry trivia” in persona 5.
It adds a great depth of flavour that helps to heighten the umami and richness of the curry. You can grate the apple if you don’t think you’ll enjoy the texture but Granny Smith (green) apples hold their form well when cooked

One of these curry packs
Potato, carrot, onion, green apple. Dice everything up fine, quickly sauté/sear all the pieces, then add water, let it simmer and soften, then add curry pack and stir on low-medium heat until it thickens up.
