I started reading 'The Story of Charlotte's Web' by Michael Sims, then stopped part way through to read E.B. White's classic (a book I had not read for many, many years), before continuing with the Sims book. It was lovely to reacquaint myself with Fern, Wilbur, and of course Charlotte. #booksky

Thanks for sharing. I discovered Aldo Leonard after reading Isabella Tree's wonderful 2019 book, 'Wilding', which recounts her family's struggle to turn Knepp, a failing British farm into a semi-wilderness area. I highly recommend a closer look at the property's website knepp.co.uk

This 77 y/o white Australian male has been reading black authors since the 60's. James Baldwin, George Jackson, Angela Davis, Zora Neale., Langston H, M. Angelou, Gayl Jones, Jesmyn Ward, and others. If you don't know where to start, grab a copy of Well-Read Black Girl (2019), Ed., by Glory Edim.
