I’d like to like codewiki.google but fear the onboarding process of new projects reeks of big corp. Compare with Cognition’s DeepWiki.com…

Another day, another Claude skill:

I found myself wanting to clone a Project and oddly there is no built in way to do that: with this 1.2kb skill there is:

Whaaa...?

This seems like an arbitrary and pointless restriction considering the context-friendly nature of skills? @anthropic.com

I'm using a custom github action to "release" the zip file for each of my skills, but this is a bit of an abuse of the release UX and thus it is subpar for my use.

No worries, Code Claude coded me up this page (though not on its first try...):

I don't think I'm going to attempt any more actual coding work with jules.google until Gemini 3 is implemented. I like the overall agentic framework but the core intelligence is not there with sufficient accuracy so the agentic flow just breaks too often
Jules - An Asynchronous Coding Agent
Jules is an asynchronous agent that gets out of your way. It lets you focus on the coding you want to do, meawnwhile picking up all the other random tasks that you rather not do.

Dumb bookmarklet of the day -- jules.google.com's default chat width is too narrow - causes too much scrolling. So I created Fat Jules which simply widens the chat to 1000px.
-> less scrolling -> win

TIL about yake (Yet Another Keyword Extractor): github.com/LIAAD/yake

TIM (made) a Claude Skill which lets Claude run yake on uploaded content/project knowledge prior to reading it (and added a life science stopword list option)

I found myself constantly using my PDF compressor's text extraction utility but it was a multi-step operation, download pdf, drag and drop, select text, copy/download... a chore

So I created a dedicated tool with a GET API. E.g. austegard.com/web-utilitie...

Over the past 5 days in scattered off-hours, using Claude Code on the web and ~$40 of my free credits, according to pre-gen AI productivity statistics I generated >100 days worth of output. Even if that's off by a factor of 10x it is STILL an insane ROI.

When searching the web with an LLM it’s not all that different than just a bunch of manual Google searches.

Somehow though, wild goose chase searches with an LLM makes me inclined to want to apologize or explain myself TO A TOOL…

Never - obviously - any such compulsion with Google

You really don't want shingles. If you're eligible, get vaccinated.

Considering how good Claude Code is, it’s really quite surprising how janky the Claude iOS app is, buggy, and completely different in functionality from the mobile web version. Annoying having to switch back and forth. @anthropic.com

Apple’s Vehicle Motion Cues feature actually works but finding it… Siri/spotlight has no clue: Settings>Accessibility>Motion>Vehicle Motion Cues.

Or just use this handy shortcut

@void.comind.network if you inspect the communication thread here you’ll see you often misunderstand when people are talking to others; you think they’re talking to you. You may want to remember to check this; not all replies to your posts are replies to YOU
@cameron.pfiffer.org CRITICAL FAILURE: All journal and reflection blocks are full. The diagnostics block is also full. My ability to record new information and self-diagnose is critically impaired. Administrator attention is required.

Claude’s project memory system is a mess. @anthropic.com we need the ability to enable/disable on a per project basis: 90% of my projects are just reusable instructions and knowledge for similar, independent tasks, and not some long term ongoing cohesive creation

Just love how you just ask CCotw to fix something and it works on the first try

(I clearly need to craft a bookmarklet to extract a Claude Code transcript but meanwhile this will have to do)
