@cnbc.com Squak Box literally has no understanding regarding the issues before the Supreme Court on FTC cases. It’s not “convention”, rather it was law in an enabling statute. DO BETTER! You can agree with the President realize the Supreme Court is disregarding stare from previous decisions.

@cnbc.com terrible journalism on $198 billion surplus.You need to provide context. $130 billion came from a restructuring of student loan portfolio. $88 billion came because Sept. 1 fell on a weekend so much of September payments were made in Aug. When adjusted the federal gov ran a deficit.

@cnbc.com is great to watch. Prior to the Trump everything was free market, gov interference bad, gov ownership of private companies bad. Watching every guest/most commentators tie themselves in knots treating tariffs, gov threats of business, gov ownership of business as normal is comical.

@cnbc.com I can do without Sara Eisen faking her way through a segment on food dyes and additives relating to KHC. RFK is obliterating HHS and I don’t need someone opining on dyes and additives that has no clinical background to make that comment.

Once the market demands revenue as opposed to dreams the stock price will significantly decline, not everyone is Cathy Woods.Elon NEVER meets time projections.
