Huge news in Lexington and Kentucky: KY Supreme Court nullifies Lexington's law banning no-knock warrants.

The 4-2 majority ruled that a KY law regulating those warrants (SB4 from 2021) implicitly blocks cities like Lexington from banning them altogether.

He’s focusing on Dem meat & potatoes issues (ed, health, affordability), but has a unique stance on foreign aid & Israel.
