Dick Allen, the former White Sox MVP who died in 2020, was elected to the baseball Hall of Fame on Sunday. He received 13 of 16 votes from the classic baseball era committee.

Allen and Dave Parker were the only candidates to meet the 75% threshold necessary for election.
