I don’t believe there was a jury in the civil case brought by NY AG James, but there was in his criminal trial and conviction in NY.

I don’t know for sure, but it could be bruising from IVs in the hand, venous insufficiency as they’ve said I suppose, or perhaps just intermittent bruising that takes a while to resolve from chronic anti-coagulation … i.e. taking a daily aspirin or other blood thinner 🤔
