Like most things in the imperium they’re mostly centered on Mars and Terra, but there’s so many forge worlds and other mechanicus aligned worlds that are fairly ubiquitous. Id say most citizens never run into an actual ordained tech priest if one doesn’t count the enginseer.

There are some, but they can’t openly espouse their belief otherwise they’ll be exiled/killed. The non chaos tech priests that fall into this group count more as pro-seceding from the imperium.
