You can totally do that in a small apartment! Consider building a room box, which would take up less space. I once built a miniature comic book store contained in a box half the size of a small microwave oven! Get your glue on, girl!

This is lovely! Nicely done! Kicking myself right now because I found a Victoria's dollhouse (unopened) at the thrift store...and I didn't purchase it! Arrrgh!
