What can you do right now and every day to sustain a healthy lifestyle?

1. Movement- reach your step goals and exercise at least 30 mins a day

2. Drink your water!

3. Eat home cooked well balanced meals

4. Get enough sleep!

These habits sound easy but are incredibly challenging for some
