This poem is very special and one of the most meaningful poems I’ve ever written or will ever write. Many emotions went into this poem. This poem is my gift to musician Buddy Holly (and his family). I’m very excited about this poem because when you love and respect someone you want to show them that you love what they love because they love it and that is what I tried to do here. I know Buddy loved music by Elvis so my title is inspired by Elvis. I hope this poem makes Buddy and family smile!

This poem is inspired by and lovingly dedicated to The Holgate Family of Texas (aka Stephen, Bryan & Kenzie). Their videos have become part of my regular self care because in my opinion they radiate sunshine, which is great for my mental and emotional health!
