Conduct the "knowledge illusion" experiment (described in Sloman and Fernbach's book). Ask people how confident they are about how a bicycle works then ask them to draw one. Show the examples from the study - they're hilarious. But shows how the brain lies to us about how much it thinks it knows

I never imagined our country would morph into one where trying to be helpful would get you summarily executed. Even worse, instead of taking responsibility or expressing a hint of remorse or sympathy, the guilty parties rush to smear my kid's reputation...(2/3)
