Yeah there are is a bit of a resemblance, although I'd wager Yzma is a lot older and skeletal looking. Milf and Gilf I guess 😅 Cleo's mom being a contemporary setting also make her a bit more fun to play with

Two different questions but:

To loosen up I just do some comfort drawings for 30-60 min, stuff that is easy and that I love to draw.

To get better it highly depends on the subject. But studies: draw from reference. First copy it exactly and then try to adapt it to a different context
