Yep. This kind of crime is endemic to San Francisco in particular but sociopathy is definitely leading the country.

2/2 My only recourse is to file a credit card dispute, which I'm doing. Unbelievable dereliction of legal & ethical responsibility. You won't get your $ back ever, & the restaurant can serve you poisonous swill. Thanks for asking, Alyx, & take care!

You bet! Ordered well-done burger & received a rare one. Had to cook it myself for 15 min in order to eat. Uber repeatedly fobbed me off to a special "team" with whom it was impossible to speak because app was in a broken loop. I asked for partial refund; they ignored me. Took 2.5 days, many calls!
