At the same time, if it does turn out that it's not AI, I don't want to change the cover. Yet if it is AI, I'll have to, because AI is unethical. Not knowing either way is stressing me out.. The book cover in question. ⬇️

I've had a few people tell me it doesn't look like AI, but with it being purchased in 2023 and not 2021 like I had believed, I'm again very uncertain. Should I just stop worrying about finding out and move on? I feel like I'll never know either way.

I can't remember whether or not AI was as improved as it is now, but I still have fears that the cover I bought and used for my adult sci-fi novel Turning the Tide is AI, something I am completely against. I have no way to contact the person who made the book cover, which furthers my frustration.

The next test was a glucose monitoring test. His glucose levels were in the 300 range, and he was anemic. A third test revealed he was diabetic. Insulin was prescribed, picked up and given to him at the vet's office. As you can see in the before and after pics, he's feeling much better. (2/2))
