Apparently the police asked about autism when making this inappropriate arresst. (I don't know what to make of this, I wonder what difference it would have made if he said he was autistic) www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2025...

Very unimpressed with Labour. A longer transition period for people who are cut off from benefits, how do you "transition" to extreme poverty. Also this stress on "working people" when in fact their policies reward those that don't work but own stuff. www.theguardian.com/politics/202...

Trying to sort out stuff on my computer I found this from a trip to the chemist during Covid when it was closed with this notice on the door

I'm not impressed by this response by Phillipa Perryactually understanding autism and engaging with autistic community is much more likely to help than group therapy which is very unlikely to be autism friendly. (www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle...),

Apparently misinformation about me is owned by a bank where a fraudster used my name to get a credit card. The bank has told me it knows it was fraudulent and cancelled the card, but told the credit agency differently.

I was checking to see which doctor I saw and found this was how the appointment was recorded. (The problem was actually sleep and the doctor was very helpful in finding a way to let me choose appropriate meds in ongoing way without keep referring back to him)

I was looking at heated throws after hearing about them on the radio and weirdly the one the independent says is best (www.independent.co.uk/extras/indyb...) Which says is worst. Go figure ( I think I'll go with Which )

This exert from article about TV programme following children every 7 years, looks very like a negative outcome for an autistic person.

"Acute autism" is not a thing, I would have expected the Guardian and the medical profession to know better.

At our family Hanukkah zoom I was very moved by shared lyrics that were added to a Jerusalem performance of "Light one Candle" by Peter Paul and Mary during the invasion of Lebanon and seem very appropriate now

this was the one Hanukkah card I made and sent this year

Cognitive dissonance from wandering around campus of Reading University. Loads of stuff that could be easily rehomed just dumped in a skip vs green credentials .

If there is any logic to this fare structure (from GWR) it escapes me

I don't know if this is my lack of grammar but to me this from the Guardian Johnson's employer was the Daily Mail, not the British public

I'm not really on FB. That is I have a profile there and I log in if its the only way of contacting someone. Someone I vaugely knew in NZ randomly asked if I knew of SBA and when I asked what it was sent this. I don't think its genuine but don't know what to make of it.
