Another email from around that time seems to show Epstein trying to argue that either Krauss or someone else was discriminated in this case for having "asperger's" syndrome (even though the term Asperger had fallen out of favor).

I don’t want that vile man anywhere near the autistic community all he does is hurt us. His hatred is very visible everyday. He should be charged for hate crimes against the autistic kids.
