I've accepted that if I get cancer, I'm just gonna die from it. I don't have access to NHS healthcare. There's nobody to help me get diagnosed or travel to treatments or survive side effects.

being female and not a hyper-verbal Aspie means I wasn't allowed to be diagnosed at first, I had to go through a suicidal mental breakdown under the crisis team first which forced the Autism team to diagnose me;

How is a speech-impaired person supposed to "dominate the conversation"?
Even if I could, that's the least disabling aspect of the autism. What about being unable to wash, have a job, study, or hold conversations?

I don't want to be a pointless person. The boredom makes me just as suicidal as the alienation and discrimination does.
