I did once have a fever dream when I was super ill where everyone spoke Japanese, but I saw subtitles. I'd been watching... it might have been Sword Art Online? Or maybe Deathnote? Either way, I'd been watching it for the whole day with subtitles, so It must have infiltrated my fever-addled brain.
