There is a clause underneath it that modified the act, and in effect says that the clause you quoted does not actually apply ”for all purposes”, that it can be overriden by other legislation (in this case, the SC judgement on the EA).

I didnt add any sulfites to clarify, just gravity and time, and am super happy with how clear they both are

These have been aging for a while, so I tried them! The supermarket honey one came out a little bland, but the sunflower honey one is really nice. Time to get bottles and a corking machine…

Two new pieces out of the kiln. A flower pot (with a drainage hole in the bottom and a foot ring cut to allow water to flow out of it) and a large, bulbous vase.

Here's some of the ceramics i've been making lately. Currently trying to get all my christmas throwing done before the studio gets way to busy to get anything fired on time. Lots of vases, trying to get better at throwing tall.
