Real talk: I need inputs on what kinds of pans really don't suck. I need something to cook meat AND veggies. Cast iron is so unwieldy, nonstick last 3 months and sucks for searing. Is stainless the solution ???

It's basically Discworld but fucked up.
The word building is stellar, it is filled to the brim with original ideas.
I didn't like most characters, and the ones I did like ended up in bad shape or turned out to be assholes.
