Arrived in Italy for a tour of its volcanoes, first stop: Naples! Vesuvius’ presence is visible all over, from the actual mountain to logos and name references all around. But its lesser known, larger cousin, Campi Flegrei, announced itself too: I felt a quake originating from there just now 😮

Lava otter plushie also glows under UV light 👀 I made sure to pick out fabrics and threads that reacted strongly, even the grey has a reddish glow. #handmadeplush
