Today I filed my Declaration of Candidacy with the Manchester City Clerk's office. To put me on the ballot in the primary election on September 16th, 2025 for Alderman of Ward 3. Me and all the the other progressive candidates are very excited to run for office and get elected to serve our city.

A Federal Judge in Concord, NH in a nationwide injunction blocked Trump’s attempt at canceling the 14th Amendment. The President and even Congress don't have the right to over rule the constitution. Everyone born in the US has the right to Citizenship and always will.

In 2022 Queen City NH spends $17,734 per pupil according to the National Center for Education Statistics. Avery wants to bring that to be on par with the state average of $21,545. He will fight for more funding from DC and Concord and find revenues that don't involuntarily effect city residents.
