❤️ K. Liu. Hopes were high, but ultimately unfulfilled. Repetitive and lacking depth, although I found I was making time for it, felt like how watching a good action movie feels. Gripping, but no grey matter required. Disappointing & an opportunity missed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I read a lot of #fiction and want to start writing some short reviews. Maybe they will help someone find a good book.

I am not prolific by any stretch and have a life a job kids a dog. So reviews are short. Because life is short. Which is another good reason not to waste time reading garbage.
