My off-road buddy brought me a surprise picnic dinner on Monday night.
He found a Chinese food place that actually has gluten-free dishes, including doing a chow mein with rice noodles.
We ate and then he divvied up the leftovers so I had lunch yesterday too.
I was so happy 🥰

Every time I go to do a partial groom on Flynn, I kinda chuckle cause of COURSE I would have adopted a "grooming" dog (part Shih Tzu I think) who *despises* grooming.
While he wouldn't particularly HURT me he does mouth - so I groom him with a cone on just in case until I can tell he's had enough. 🙄

Called my friend who called her bf and everyone ended up safe but just goes to show why if you don't follow plans for some reason people fucking WORRY.

Tonight was a lot of "okay here's this one - free and clear [aka make it safe]"
He was impressed. I had learned ONE of his guns when he started teaching me basics, but I was even more comfortable with that one.

The lid of my travel mug wasn't fully closed this morning so my coffee spilled ALL OVER my lap when I got into my car.
I had to change, my lunch bag is probably ruined (I just threw it in the sink, no time to deal with it)... Today is doomed. 🙄

I had to call my aunt immediately to say "hey this isn't a scam please click the link" lol (she wasn't home when I tried to give a heads up)
