1000X Resist is incredible.

I have a very low tolerance for anime bullshit and was deeply suspicious, but by the end all the esoteric language and phrases made sense and it had become one of my favourite games of all time

The pardon is understandable—but nonetheless objectionable.
All of these things can be true:
- Hunter Biden broke the law.
- Hunter Biden traded on his last name to make money.
- Hunter Biden’s actions were exploited and wildly exaggerated by unscrupulous Republicans in an effort to damage his father.

Heretic spoilers:

Loved the first two thirds, but it would have been better if the ending had leaned into something supernatural which had been worshipped by prehistoric mankind. (vampire?)

The truth is, none of us really know what the next four years will look like. It’s incredibly difficult to predict what happens next. It does not feel good.

Finally playing Case of The Golden Idol and honestly, forget GOTY/Game Awards conversations, go play an old game you might've missed. Don't let a calendar year keep you from finding an all time fave.

Just watched Zone of Interest and struck by the parallels between the movies potrayals of camp/home and men/women. Aside from Rudolf/Hedwig there is almost no bridge between these separate spheres

Are there any good essays, videos, etc, about the gender politics of the movie?

If you've got an opinion on how cool this is, please consider whether the strength of that opinion is commensurate with the amount you know about New Zealand/Aotearoa politics.
New Zealand’s parliament was interrupted by Maori politicians who performed a haka to protest against a vote on a contentious new bill affecting Indigenous Maori rights.
