This recipe is great or even easier you can make a jam. Just blitz/chop the peppers, add sugar (more than you think), a little lime juice/vinegar/acid and salt and cook it down and it’s great. Keeps a long time, great on sandwiches, great to give away

Honestly I just like it as a way to give you a few bucks a month for your posts here that I enjoy so much. I rarely check it, but that’s bc I dislike using the patreon website not your setup on it or anything. If you stopped posting there I’d still pay to support the work in general
