I feel Im screaming out into the void, but- this last week has been devastating mental healthwise for so many of my friends, including myself. Please be sure to take time for yourself and do all the good things. Sunlight,water,sleep, enrichment, prioritize your mental over the endless abyss of news

I thought I slept for 17 hours- but I did the time fucky clock thing where I thought it was 5 pm but it was 5 am instead. Kinda nice to have that weird feelings shift when your perception of time changes suddenly.
