He isn’t a Spurs fan. He’s a businessman. And besides, it doesn’t matter if an owner is a fan or not. I’ve never seen the Abu Dhabi group in a City shirt, Abramovic or Boehly wearing a Chelsea hat etc. But they see and take business risks for the big picture. Ours is a coward.

I’d agree, but PL experience adds £10m and English adds £10m. I could think of many far worse options (not that I’m that keen on him myself.. just feels like a Spurs kinda signing)
