I was 13, the pellets of ice had made it so nobody could go anywhere for Thanksgiving (that’s not snow on the ground), and I had a stomach virus which had me vomiting through the whole game. This only slightly edges out Don Beebe catching Leon and forcing a goal line fumble in Super Bowl XXVII.

Every doctor I’ve come across on Voir Dire will generally throw every reason possible at the judge in an attempt to get tossed. None of the judges I’ve been in front of want the hassle of dealing with an MD on a jury and will generally boot them without either side having to use a strike.

As a former enlisted man who has had real world convos with leaders regarding my refusal to follow certain orders, i can say that it really is a lot easier to say “no” than most people realize.
That said, this 100% MUST start with flag officers saying no. A pilot refusing is easy to go around.
