Looks like everything migrated over with the correct (historical) posting date & without filling up everyone's alerts :)

In theory you could turn on priority notifications -- but that will notify whenever someone you follow posts (if you only followed the capitalweather account, it would work like you want, I think)

I used SkyFollowerBridge to migrate my twitter follows and when I figure out how to stop a massive post dump to my Bsky followers I'll use Porto to import my tweets
