Word. I remember being super frustrated by getting 'decent reviews' from certain managers. It was an indication that they didn't care about my growth to offer constructive feedback. Changed that when I was managing people.

Nothing like the rage that comes from arriving 5 minutes early for a reservation to an expensive restaurant to be told it will be a 2 hour wait. Mostly empty tables and we're told the front manager was at a catering event. Classy folks. Really classy. Saved us some $$$ at least. 🤬

Last long road trip I listened to the first 2 books in Kristina H Rao's 'The Rage's Trilogy.' This long road trip I'm reading the 3rd in the series 'The Enduring Universe' as I'm the passenger this time. Great series & fantastic world building! 📚🚙🌄💚

I loved growing garlic! I was doing the Square Foot Gardening approach for 15 years or so and would plant a 4x12 bed with 196 cloves. Enough for green garlic, storage, gifts, confit and to plant out the next year. It was so cool how it continued to adapt over time. Miss those days!! 🧄💚
