a while back I had to implement a file parser into my game because I couldn't find one that met my specific needs and I spent so long reimplementing stuff that was apparently part of C since at least the 90s

i recommend NVChad, its what I tried using before I stopped tortuting myself with vim and it gets me 99% of the way to where I need to be with ease
