- No parking is available at the venue. But parking is available a short walk from venue, free from 12:00 29/11/2025 to 08:00 01/12/2025.

This information goes directly to the hotel so please use your real names and address only.
NOTE: The payments are via credit cards, though some debit cards, such as Revolut, have been successful.

NOTE 2: It is not possible to book suites early arrival/late departure. If you wish to book a suite select the con dates then contact the hotel via the contact details provided in the hotel booking email. Please also note that early/late dates cannot be guaranteed for suites.

NOTE: If you wish to book a connecting room then mark it under special requests and include details of who you want to connect to. Connecting rooms will be provided on a best effort basis.
